All timepieces sold through StartofTime.com, Inc. will be warranted by StartofTime.com, Inc. unless otherwise noted.

1. StartofTime.com will, within a 3 year period, repair the movement of this timepiece free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. 
2. The warranty does not cover damages caused by impact, vibrations, magnetic fields, or batteries; nor does it cover straps, bracelets, buckles, finishes, cases, or crystals.
3. It also does not cover damage or defects arising from normal wear; nor does it cover overhauls, maintenance, scratches, accidents, or misuse.
4. Any alterations, service, or repair performed by any party other than AuthenticWatches.com will deem the warranty null and void.
5. Overhauls are not covered under the warranty.
6. Damages caused to a timepiece arising from water or moisture, are not covered under the warranty.
7. Warranties are not transferrable.
8. Opening the back casing of the watch by uncertified watchmakers voids all warranties.
9. We do not reimburse for any convenience fees.
10. Additional Two Year Extended Warranty may be purchased for $95.
11. Lifetime Extended Warranty may be purchased for $295.
12. If either option is chosen that additional amount will be billed to the card. This option is available either while placing an order online or by phone.
