To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days of receipt. Please call us at (805) 823-8888 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- Return the product in unused condition in the original box with all original packing material, manuals, accessories and all other items. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product; tags and protective stickers have not been removed; there are no signs of wear on the product or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. Please note that dings and scratches will happen even if a watch has only been worn for a few hours. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used if a full refund is expected (before restocking fees). Any used timepiece will be refunded an amount equal to its current value as determined by us.
- Special orders are not returnable.
- Since major shipping companies such as Fedex, UPS and DHL do not insure jewelry and watches, we request that all items be returned via US Registered Mail and signature confirmation and fully insured.

We cannot refund your original shipping charges. If the package is refused or undeliverable, you will also be liable for the shipping charges incurred for the package being returned to us. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card. We will deduct a 10% restocking fee (minimum $50) from your order for any returned or cancelled order, even if the order has not yet been shipped. Items being returned after the initial 15 day return period will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee.
